This method will calculate shipping charges based on order totals. If you will offer more than one shipping option (ie: Standard and Express) then you should first set those up in Shipping Methods. If you will offer only one shipping option, then you can skip this step.

one new entry at a time. Click the Save Changes button, and a
new blank entry box will appear for your next entry. When you
are finished setting up your shipping options, click the Save
Changes button again. Then click the Main Configuration link to
return to the Main Configuration screen.
