Version Switch

If your ecommerce account was opened before June 2000, your existing shipping configuration will remain in place and unchanged. We have included a version switch  for you so that you may take your time learning the new system before you switch over.  You can even complete your new version setup before you switch, so you will experience no down-time on your cart or order forms.  The new version settings will go into effect immediately when you switch them on.

Access Old Version Settings
You will notice that there have been quite a number of changes in the eManager Main Configuration drop-down menu options.  One of these changes includes the move of all shipping configuration items from their previous location . To access your old settings, do the following:

1.  From the top drop-down menu of your eManager, select Configure Shipping  and click the Go button.  This will take you to the Main Configuration screen for the new shipping version. 

2.  Click the Version 1 Shipping Configuration link near the top of the page. This will take you to a page containing your existing shipping settings.

You may make any changes/adjustments to your old settings as before. Click the Save Changes button when you are finished.

Switch to New Version 2 Shipping
Follow the instructions in this online Tutorial to setup your Version 2 shipping, but leave your version switch set to Old Version 1.  When you are ready, simply switch over to Version 2 on the General Configuration page.
